Although I received a wrong part first - I am 100 satisfied

I am a mechanic engineer and I do order spare parts frequently Usually within Germany but this time I could get the part a filter housing for the motor of my flail mower only from Generator Guru in the UK I was hesitant at first as they stated long delivery times for international shipments - and in case of problems I kind of expected to loose my money Price including shipment was pretty much ok though The delivery was unexpectedly fast - but it was the wrong part I was mad and the same evening I filed a complaint via their return system What happened then made me very happy Joe Solomon Generator Guru s Chief Engineer answered via Email the very next day He apologized and organized an expedited shipment of the correct part It arrived a couple of days later and was exactly what I wanted I only can recommend Generator Guru to anyone looking for a reliable and very customer oriented company
