Geologye s products are poor quality bad experience with this company
Geologye is based in the UK I ordered two hoodies to give as gifts They arrived one month later having been shipped from Romania They appear cheap to me The fabric is thin and I am not sure they will survive the first wash I have been trying to return them You must use the website to request a return and this is difficult to figure out and navigate The request turns into a prolonged chat email process They have sent me multiple emails telling me to just decide to keep the items that returns are time consuming that the return shipping is expensive I need to send them a photograph of the items and finally that they see that I received the correct items Effectively they are refusing the return which upon reading their refund policy they give themselves the power to do I give up DO NOT use this company The shipping takes forever and the quality of the product however attractive on the website with all the nice affirmative messages is poor And cannot be returned

I ordered the Friends long-sleeve top The quality is poor and the color is nothing like what it looked like on the website I tried returning it the color is awful but customer service is no help and directs you to nowhere no one so it s almost impossible to return What a terrible waste of money

This company is total CRAP - will not respond to emails at all The courier company declaired my package as LOST I emailed Geologye 8 times with proof and they still will not respond - False advertising on pricing too implied AUD but was actually USD - Lying Cheating crap company - DO NOT BUY FORM THEM
