Trying to return order GDUE 322150 via ShopRunBack as required by Gerard Darel Cannot access the apparently essential return form that must accompany the returned item No response to multiple e-mails January update Refund received so although return process wasn t straightforward it did all finally work

Non existent customer service

Received my order today but trousers do not fit No customer service Automated email giving phone number which does not work No return slip in parcel I have always loved this brand but can not believe there seems no way to return parcel So disappointing Please help order GDUE327062 as would like to return and get refund

Don t ever buy from Gerard Darel online store They are completely unprofessional I bought 2 coats and I need the return document as they didn t even activate my shopping account Nobody answers they even lied that they sent me the documents after they send me to Global e their partner for transport i have never seen something like this before I wasted hundreds of hours with calling and writing them with no feed back It is like a dark circle NEVER buy from them again

No method of returning an item

Also have an item to return and flabbergasted by lack of customer of service The contact number is invalid and I have received no response to numerous emails that I have sent asking for help The website won t allow me to register to download a returns form Totally confused and annoyed Order no GDUE328100

Unresponsive customer service - returns impossible

I have now received responses to my queries and the coat has gone back for refund Thank you for your help

The customer service is inexistant

I ordered a bag GDUE333302 on their website the 26 01 and received it the 01 02 but it was not the correct bag I emailed them right away so I could send it back as soon as possible and get the correct bag in time for my sister s birthday I called multiple times WhatsApp them direct message them on the website they closed every case without getting back to me saying that the issue was solved DM them on Instagram to have a contact and emailed them multiple times to just get a return label I got one email back stating that they were investing it on the 02 02 but since then no answer no update no return label So now I have no present for my sister s birthday a bag that has nothing to do with the one ordered supposed to be a black leather bag ST Germain and got a white wool bag so it is not even possible to try and make it work I am absolutely shocked by the lack of professionalism from a brand like Gerard Darel specially when the request is the simplest task ever and caused by their mistake Update 16 02 Finally had an answer from someone not to my emails but to this message on Trustpilot The answer after more than 2 weeks is to create an account to get the return label But when I try to do it says Server error So still return label or answer from their service

Bad quality of material

Bad quality of material I ordered Saleha coat cotton wool alpaca polyamide the order arrived as a cheap second-hand product not brand new smelly and dirty For the brand like Gerard Darel which promoting high luxury french traditional clothing marque I expected so so much more particularly given the price range of the same Lesson learned -never again

I have had nothing but trouble from Gerard Darel After many requests I received a returns label from the company returned the coat which was lovely but sadly didn t fit and waited for my refund In spite of the fact that they advertise free postage and returns to the UK and the fact that I used the company s prepaid label which I finally received they have now underpaid my refund by nearly 22 00 I have been really disappointed by the whole experience of dealing with this company Their customer service is terrible Gerard Darel are now saying that I requested expedited delivery As shown on my order I did not Delivery was free but they still refuse my full refund

Even though I have sent proof that returns are offered free Gerard Darel are still not refunding my postage They have not replied to my latest communication on 24 02 24 I used the label which they eventually sent me there was no other choice I would like a refund of 22 which I was charged for return postage
