I am still fighting this dreadful GEri company
I am still fighting this dreadful company they are sharks They sent us a demand for over 700 euros to a dept owed to Windtree italy We were conned simply for a trial period of internet in FEB this year which didn t work We tried for three days and it would not work We have to wait for the agent that installed it to take it out and replace it - he took two weeks to deinstall it which means we went over the 14 days not our fault but the agent technician who delayed it due to sickness He told us to pack the modem and antenna and he would get Windtree to collect it They never came and it was waiting here for it to be collected - it s still here We cancelled the trial period as we had to wait again for the agent who installed the equipment and set up the contract to cancel it on our behalf Eventually he sent us the cancellation form which we sent to Windtree We received notification of cancellation from Windtree WE never heard from them again for weeks and months THEN they passed the so called debt that we didn t know anything about this debt management company GERI who send us an invoice for 737 euros they quote three invoice numbers but don t give details of the invoice What is the dept We have called this company along with Windtree and get rude responses we are told they will get someone to call us back in English as we are English and don t speak Italian well enough for conversation to discuss the issue properly They never call back or they put the phone down can t get anywhere with them They send demands from emails address that you cannot respond to They send text messages quoting pay within 7 days but don t supply details of the debt Again giving a number that you can t get through on We want to talk to someone so that we can iron out this business and try to make some settlement But we don t know what the dept is for as they don t send us details of any invoices Neither have we received invoices from Windtree We feel we are being conned They don t answer your emails - my representative sent them a very detailed letter asking about several points they don t answer So yes we have emailed several times but they don t respond to your emails They won t speak to you on the phone or respond to the issues and questions we have raised I don t know what to do but we certainly are not paying 700 Euros for using a service for three days that didn t work This feels like a con to me and we simply cannot get any resolvement from GERI at all We will fight them all the way and they won t get it They are crooks along with Windtree EDIT Why should we email you again when we have emailed you several times and you don t respond to our questions - only to send text messages to say pay up Only last week did we email you and phone you to ask for the detailed invoices showing with the debt is for On the phone you said you would send the invoices but we still have not received them Completely useless EDIT Ok i will try to send you an email and lets see if you can really help to resolve the issue Edit 5th Aug It is urgent but I am waiting for GERL to get back to me last week they said they would contact me this week in answer to my enquire But no one ever calls me - and it is so difficult to get through I will sent a email this week soon Who should I address it to please Edit 13th OctStill awaiting reply to all our emails Nothing - only more demands still awaiting invoices that we have never received that they are requesting payments we have had Gerl and Windtre and they both refuse to send them Only sent invoice numbers but never copy invoices and we never received them at all You would think that the dept company would be able to supply the invoices to prove that we actually do owe the money that they are demanding 700 euros for 2 days of service EDIT Attention Gerl 28th Oct 2024I have once again today emailed the address given below Please respond to the email as soon as possible so situation can be resolved Edit 16th Jan 2025I like the way they say they are a serious company but they still don t answer emails in 6 months of trying Useless Please never deal with this company or the company it rerepresents Wind Tre Terrible service

FED up trying to get hold of GERi
FED up trying to get hold of GERi - They never answer the phone or letters that you send them Have emailed and emailed now ten times but they do not respond Have been trying since May to get a response from them Worst company on earth They give you an address to contact on here for support you write to them and they don t respond They just hound you for money but don t explain what its for and won t send you evidence to verify what they claim you owe them I am convinced they are a rougue company Do Geri Even answer and send evidence to support their claims No I am still awaiting a reply from this company to explain their claim on behalf of that other rogue company Windtree and to provide evidence other than sending unjustified and unproven demands I wrote to them again and no reply Geri if you read this I refer you to my previous review on here of 26th June EDIT 8th Nov I or my colleage have sent you emails so many time we lost count I sent an email in which you can see the in the thread about 8 email requests to Geri since April May - not received one reply though last time I spoke with a officer from Geri they put the phone down on me and said they would get back to me as they were waiting a response from Windtree - this was several months ago and we have emailed you several times since then Please note the account in my my partners name Jane Whitby not mine I am keen to make contact with you so we can try to settle this I today replied to a response from trust pilot asking for reference number and telephone number I have replied with my UK telephone number and include the case reference number and client ID so you should not have access to those details so hopefully we can talk about this issue next week I look forward to hear from you EDIT 16th NovSo still no reply I have emailed you again today and included me contact details Please check for all email from johnwojowski AT gmail com16th Jan 2 months later and still no contact with this company despite several emails sent to them They deliberately ignore you yet still send you demands Scam artists along with Wind Tre Everyone beware of getting involved with either of these companies the worst ever from my experience - and a lot of others by the sound of the bad reviews they have on here
