I have an account through Yotta and my money is held at Evolve Bank and Trust I have a routing and checking number and they are saying my account information doesn t exist and my money over 4 000 is missing Do NOT bank with Evolve they have been laundering money and stealing from hard working individuals They should have a lawsuit for false advertising alone with using trust in their banks name DO NOT USE THIS BANK

Froze my money and leaked info

I deposited money with Evolve through the Juno website and app On May 11 2014 a partner of Evolve filed for bankruptcy Evolve is so incompetent that they can t verify customer balances without the partner I ve lost access to my money What s worse is that they weren t reconciling balances and it appears like money is missing FDIC doesn t cover it since the bank hasn t failed Also their security is terrible They were hacked and my information was released They re the absolute worst bank

Over 25 000 dollars missing

I have an account through Yotta I have 25 000 dollars I cannot access I have a debit card from them a routing and checking number and they are saying my account information doesn t exist holding my money hostage Do NOT bank with Evolve they have been laundering money and stealing from hard working DO NOT USE THIS BANK

Evolve Bank Trust leaked my data to hackers and lost 96 of the funds I had deposited in a checking account Their customer service is not responsive and can not provide any useful information I hope the feds shut them down soon

Do not use Evolve for banking services

Do not use Evolve for banking services Over the past year they have proven their inability to keep user data safe having it leaked to unknown parties and their inability to keep track of customer funds Thousands have lost money that evolve had but claim they sent to other banks Evolve of course refuse to give details of where teh money was sent No statements provided Very shady bank CEO also seems to have a history of shady dealings

Whatever you do Don t use Evolve Bank

Since Jan 2023 I have used a evolve account with account number and routing number through fintech Yotta Evolve bank has frozen acounts since May Evolve has lied directly to me and given me contradictory statements They are taking months to unfreeze mine and thousands of other fintech end users money I have xx xxx stuck in an account held at evolve because of evolves lack of proper record keeping and reconciliations still no end in sight Do not use this bank Untrustworthy bank

One of the worst banking institute ever

This bank has reputation of working with FinTechs without having enough infrastructure in place to ensure the integrity of transactions and accuracy of data Due to their mismanagement working with bankrupt BaaS company Synapse thousands of people today no have access to their hard earned money Please do not bank with them in any way Not directly nor through any fintechs Check if the fintech you have money in use evolve today and pull it out if it does thats my recommendation

Horrible experience

Horrible experience Was lied to about my funds being safe and they are refusing to give me back my money They told me to submit an appeal on their website that was not working it is ridiculous I ve waited months patiently for them to resolve their reconciliation but have lost all trust in them

Evolve Bank is a dumpster fire They partnered with several Fintech companies with the promise of keeping your money insured but froze our accounts 2 months ago To this day I am still without my 3k dollars To make matters worse these guys got hit by a massive data breach by Putin s Kremlin and lost our sensitive information You Evolve know when you ve doing a bad job when you receive a letter from the United States Senate demanding money be returned to customers accouts
