Not worth the hassle

So I paid my first payment of the 4th and they never paid my rent When I reached out via email they said there is nothing they can do It took spamming the email with some choice words nothing vulgar to get my money back Their customer service is crap I wouldn t even offer this service to a Democrat

Flex is so complicated and not user friendly They do not have live support which tells me that they do not care about their customers enough to employ live support for people having issues with the application You also can t make ad-hoc payments to stay on top of your payment plans Horrible app

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

I m actually not surprised the ratings for this awful company aren t in the1 s They don t care about the customers They re just trying to make extra money Customer service even the manager I interacting with was not helpful nor useful at all They won t be around long And I ll write a low review everyday until my issue is resolved

Don t even get involved with this mess Customer service is a joke There is no phone number only email It takes days to try and resolve anything often making you miss your rent payments I cancelled and was going to reactivate for this month but was having issues getting back into my account After 4 days of customer service working on it it s now the 5th my rent is late and it s too late to use it now Just don t bother they ll mess things up Not having the ability to speak to a person who can resolve the issue in minutes does not make things more efficient or customer service any better

This company has shady practices and incompetent staff and I seriously doubt the validity of this company service They make agreements with you then back out of the agreement they made with you at the last minute I would steer clear if I were you

Will never use again They claim you can split payment with a roommate but it doesn t work I set up my first payment and funded early to make sure rent would be paid on time got a message from Flex saying the rent amount was different than expected so I selected the I m splitting rent with a roommate option but it did not work and Flex went on to charge my bank account for my roommate s rent as well thanks for the overdraft guys No option to change or fix this despite what they say in the Help center I would ve tried to get the money refunded but who knew how long that would take and I needed to make sure my rent was paid on time Customer service is through email only I would never recommend this to anyone especially anyone who is in a difficult financial situation because it might just make every thing worse

Unlawfully Withdrew Funds - My Bank Account

Unlawfully withdrew funds from my bank account and tried to justify the withdrawal I provided documents to address their withdrawal - their response my Wells Fargo bank is incorrect Contacted Lead Bank in New York as listed to report a compliant on their website they made it very clear not responsible for Flex business Regarding this case I spoke to 12 Flex members they all had different narratives however apologized for their errors I do not recommend this program due to they have access to your bank account no one is responsible should funds are withdrawn I have not received a refund
