A house with a virtual tour I sold a house using this website I was collecting proper listing photos and used this service as my partner advised One day passed and I had a virtual tour of the house with furniture One day is a bit long for me but people seem to like the service anyway

Beware this is a rip off and You have been Warned I came across this service after researching for house ai layout generator They got featured in some articles but now I think it must be ads The big red alert is they said on homepage that they will give you 20 If you give them review on related websites However that mean they asking people to write review without being see their order complete I chat with their support send my floorplan before submitting order for confirmation and the first thing the say that I need to order more because it s not 1 apartment plan after send them photo to ask how it s not 1 apartment they told me that it was their mistake and it s 1 apartment floorplan Then I decided to give them a try After payment they Again tell me that it s not one apartment and try to lure me in order more and pay more so they would finish my order I said no refund me Then they replies that refund already processed and it would take5 days I said ok refund me After I decide not to pay them more they wrote me an email that they are working on my order After 2 days without anything delivered they claim to deliver in 24hours I sent them multiple emails and received nothing from them Then I contact them via Facebook and finally they replies maybe thinking a new customer is coming for get scammed After I sent them my order ID and ask where is my order or refund They said the order is being completed and will delivery in 5 hours after 6 hours I come back to the chat and realized they banned me from chat with them on fb Because I tried with another account and that new account is able to message them So basically they are scammer and trying to rip people off Beware and stay out of it I will post review on all related sites hope to get my review back If anybody looking for proof I have everything screenshot and captured as video Stay away and don t let these scammer take your hard earned money

Not worth any money Sloppy rendering that are useless and definitely not ready for primetime Parts of the building had no roof Paid for the Pro plan for 45 and while the amount is no big deal it is not worth 5 00 So I m taking the L on this one and I ll chaulk it up to Lesson Learned

Plan looks very nice

I didn t have to do anything Creating 3d floor plans with furniture takes a lot of time All I had to do here was to upload my 2d layout and just a day after I ve got a perfect 3d floor plan from different angles plus a virtual tour I literally did nothing I didn t even arrange the furniture

My name is Mattia Montini I am 24 years old and I work for a wooden prefabricated house company in the province of Treviso However I am also passionate about new technologies especially regarding the application of artificial intelligence in the construction industry I found Getroofplan in a post on Instagram that talked about this technology and I decided to try it out to apply it to a real model that we propose to build The pros of this service are definitely the speed and the very affordable price given the quality of the renders The cons regarding my case are for example the fact that I cannot indicate certain types of finishing that are necessary for my situation right from the start I was very impressed by the virtual tour which is excellent for making potential customers understand the spaces and dimensions of the rooms although I would prefer to have the possibility to zoom out in some corners of the room for a better visual impact Usually I design the model on Sketchup and render it with V-Ray but this takes a lot of time and a very powerful computer In my dream service I could personally modify the model to my liking once it is completed but I realize that it would be quite challenging to do on an online platform I strongly hope for the development and success of this technology which can significantly improve this industry
