Great new approach to help land that new job
I m a bit of a traditionalist so handing over my person built CV to an AI engine was always going to be a big ask but thought I would give it a try I was very impressed The engine presented me with some really good options to show my details differently and more aligned with what ATS systems short listers may be looking for so rather than my skill of project management it suggested I show the relevant methodologies I m very much in the foothills and plenty of functionality in Hireable that I haven t tested yet but for a job seeker or someone just wanting to check that their CV is current this is such a valuable tool
