100 THE WORST AGENCY IN LONDON

I applied for this development over a month ago and my application kept getting brushed away by the staff here and the company they partnered with to complete referencing called complete moves The first time my application got rejected due to affordability however I was then assured that I am able to apply with a guarantor which I did Only then to get ignored and be told that they will not be accepting guarantors I was then told to apply a 3rd time however both companies get living and complete moves are impossible to reach their excuse is that there is no one available at the time even though I only call during working hours I strongly advise you to check the reviews of complete moves as get living deals directly with them before considering an apartment here I have never received such incompetent and poor service to the point where i had to raise a formal complaint and will be escalating this to the property ombudsman and the relevant bodies This whole experience has caused me unbelievable distress and waste of time despite the fact that I meet all the criteria they will reject you if they don t like you and will claim that they don t have your application

Horrible customer experience flats are falling apart

Horrible customer experience I have been a tenant for many many years and they never respond to any emails Phoning them is exactly the same they are never able to give you any information or have the appropriate people come to the phone to resolve issues Their flats are already falling apart- we had 2 major plumbing issues over the last 2 months that were not promptly resolved I know loads of tenants in the new buildings who have constantly been having issues with their flats too- so it s not just the old flats that have issues Sadly they used to be a good landlord they have declined steadily over the last 3-4 years in terms of tenant experience Their rents have gone up by about 25 over the last 3 years Definitely not good value for money you are better off with a different landlord in the area They don t appreciate loyalty either It s a shame really- I used to be very happy renting with them Not anymore

Avoid this company at all cost Terrible customer service they don t care about the tenants after they sign an agreement only care about getting the most money with least care Portland Place is a joke the people working there are a joke too Avoid Great area to live in but avoid GetLiving

Do not use Get Living

Applied for a Get Living property after initially accepting they then went back on their offer because the information they had about my partner previously living in a Get Living property was incorrect They waited weeks to tell us leaving us without accommodation Then had to chase them multiple times in order to get the advance deposit payment returned I would not recommend them at all

Avoid like Covid

Horrible flatsRegularly left without hot water during winterWill try to take advantage of you and won t stick to the tenancy agreement knowing you won t bother to take legal action

It is very difficult to get refund

I stay in East village for over a year the new contract is only 6 months and I fulI pay in advance after 2 months I moved out they promised to refund the advance rental within a weeks but now is over 2 months I still not yet received it Don t trust this company

Poor service

Poor service agents take money for deposit and then cancel the reservation even you ve got a guarantor with a good income Avoid this company
