Ripped on the first wear Customer service sent a replacement pair which also ripped on the first wear I have short nails and don t wear jewelry These tights fit perfect if you use the size chart truly amazing So comfy But they shred to ribbons if you so much as LOOK at them wrong and you can t get a refund Total waste of money

Poor quality and customer service

Expensive and was hoping for sheertex quality unfortunately no Poor quality runs and tore the first wear and when I asked for a replacement customer service got back to me quickly and then ghosted for 12 days after I sent photos and my order number I emailed customer service twice with no reply DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

No customer service

Received some poorly sized tights way too small for L XL Followed their directions from their website emailing hello getnoosh to return them No responses for weeks just the same automated message asking for order number and items to return I ve tried messaged on numerous social platforms in addition to using the contact form on their website No responses Non-existent customer service Unsure of how to proceed at this point so will be taking up with my credit card company

Horrible customer service and product

I received my order on December 4th and the first night of wearing the stockings a hole ripped and they kept sliding off my hips I ordered a S M and my size in most pants is M L The following day on December 5th I emailed their one email address that is used for all of their business tasks ridiculous for a return refund and was not able to get in contact with a representative till last week I sent them several emails and messages over the weeks contacting them via email Instagram TikTok Even went as far to request a connection on LinkedIn with goal on reaching a live representative Their customer service is horrible and I do not recommend them at all Do not trust reviews you see on social media or on their website They are either fake or paid inauthentic reviews

NO FREE RETURNS

They falsely claim to offer free returns on their website I tried to return 3 of the 4 tights I purchased and their customer service team is making me fill out an insurance claim that will send replacements once approved The tights are also terrible quality and not rip resistant like they claim Save your money and order from reliable companies like Sheertex

Horrible with your money

Nothing was true to size spent over 100 and the customer service ignored my emails for over a month trying to return items that just didn t fit They did give me free return shipping for some of the order but one of the pairs ripped putting them on which these are supposed to be luxury quality panty hose I can spend 10 at Target and get better quality Target also wouldn t argue with me if I returned a ripped pair for literally ANY reason So for lack of communication or accountability on where my return or refund was for over as month This company was disgusting to work with

The guarantee is no runs holes or rips 1st time wear and literally a huge run in the fleece lined tights Reached out and told to go through warranty process which says expired Still no response from the multiple emails All I wanted was an exchange but now I may consider further action for false advertising

Zero Customer Service

I placed an order 12 6 2024 for two pairs of microfishnet tights with shimmer Fabulous marketing drew me to this site So I tried on one pair why try on two if they are exactly the same size just different colors and they were very small I ordered XS S and I am 5 weigh 112lbs I reached out to customer service via email on 12 17 24 as directed by the website and received no response I reached out again on 12 19 24 and no response I reached out again on 12 27 via the website and did not receive a response and I sent an email again on 12 31 At 7 22 pm EST on 12 31 I FINALLY received an email with instructions on how to proceed with the return I dropped my package off on 1 7 25 and it was received by the company on 1 9 25 In the email stating they had my return it stated to wait 5-7 business days for the return and the refund to be processed It s now business day number 11 I reached out again via email in regards to my refund and I m sure I will have to continue to reach out in order to get my 70 back Just absurd Buyer beware Stay away from this company

Terrrrrrible Did all the ads say strong tights that won t rip run That s wrong I had a pair run and then replaced the first time I wore them again TORN So sad Their return policy of 30 days is pretty lame too Even if the product is unopened you can t return Not even for store credit I really wanted to like this but there are better brands out there they re saying they offered to do a refund but it doesn t go through because it s been over 30 days but I didn t even open most of them When the item I wore ripped twice 1x the original 1x the replacement I realized the product is very poor quality Do not recommend I d like to return unopened items at any time Thank you
