Website is a black hole Don t waste your time or money

I purchased three Novawave antennas in April 2023 i discovered that there were no television towers in the area so the antennas wouldn t work I contacted Novawave regarding a refund It took more than two weeks for someone to get back to me Initially they offered me a 50 refund and I could keep the antennas that i couldn t use Finally I got a mailing label I mailed them back May 10 Still no refund on July 10 2023 Have attempted numerous times to email with this concern but then customer service email gets a There was a problem message and the refunds and returns page doesn t work I will have to contest this charge with my credit card company

I have tried my new novawave antenna

I have tried my new novawave antenna out for 4 days and it barely picks up any stations that are less than 75 miles away Customer service WILL NOT respond I hoped it would get better reception than the less expensive one I have used for years Am returning today and expect a full refund I will contact the BBB and social media about this useless product I am receiving a refund from this company afterall Thank you

This company is a total scam DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CRAP The so called Novawave s Customer Service Team phone does not work to request a return label per their refund policy You only get computer generated emails and no response to voice mails I only had the order address which was 900 Island Dr Redwood City I was not about to use that so that they could charge me again for an order they would claim I authorized I only received an email from Novawave because I posted a negative review with Trustpilot Reviews warning people not to purchase this product Novawave definitely has no intention of being contacted by the consumer or refunding your money Once again DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PIECE OF CRAP IT DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED You get the same result from a much less expensive antenna Believe me 1 star is being way too generous but you can t leave a review without checking off at least 1 star Thank you

This is a total SCAM I read the reviews and now I realize they were probably made up reviews from Novawave I m currently trying to get partial refund back - I purchased to of these bogus antennas and they are totally worthless Definitely going to contact BBB about this company And yes they are going to drag this out past the 30 days return policy Have not heard back from them after 2 emails I have sent and no phone to contact them They definitely should be legally charged for fraud DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

I m afraid this company is a scam I ordered with extensions and extra service for more than 76 3 weeks ago have tried multiple times to contact the company left emails voicemail There is no response no way to track the order and I m afraid I have lost all my money Please do not order from this company It is apparently disreputable and must be reported to the FTC FCC and Interstate Commerce Commission which I have done with other scam companies Your money is too important to throw away

I ordered 3 Novawave antennas and never received a confirmation email I tried contacting them 4 times on the site and no response However they deducted the funds from my account This is a scam that needs turned over to the US attorney General and any other law authorities I plan on doing just that This is an awful crime to repeatedly do to consumers and needs stopped Novawave stated to contact them but gives no contact point I have attempted to contact them multiple times on their site and never receive a response so what makes me think they will respond if I attempt another time to contact on their site I ve filed a complaint with the attorney general and the BBB Again do not purchase anything from this company Also Get a Gadget is the company which bills your account

I ordered the Novawave TV Antenna on 4 20 23

I ordered the Novawave TV Antenna on 4 20 23 and got it in a few days Order 2320508509 I tried it on my 2 TVs on 4 26 23 One TV said there were 14 channels however NONE of them would tune in to see My other TV picked up 6 Digital channels 2 were in Spanish I don t speak it The other 4 were Shop Mystery True Crime and Grit a Western Nothing I would want to watch Called the customer service number and am requesting a full refund as was offered in the ads This is not worth almost 50 REFUND please UPDATE After numerous emails to them trying to call contact them I got no response - except that it had been shipped Then I contacted Paypal which is how I had paid I got a response and a timely full refund once I opened the case with Paypal

This is my second review too Warren anyone considering ordering Novawave s junk product It s nothing more than a price if plastic that connects to an analogy antenna that does not work PERIOD I have made a number of request to return this bogus Novawave antenna with no success The only thing they offer is apologies that goes nowhere Getting an RMA number from Novawave is impossible This company is a complete SCAM Don t waste your time or money with this scam company you will lose both
