I have a very powerful computer but it has not been updated in several years I have had quite a few CAD programs loaded on this machine some trials and some purchased and many were installed in a location other than C Because of this the Autodesk installation balked and even though I knew the problem was related to old non-relevant registry issues I couldn t get it cleaned up enough to work After working on it all weekend I contacted James on Monday morning It took him a while to root out all the weeds but he did it efficiently and successfully The only unpleasant part of the whole affair was having to wait for the weekday and then call very early because of the time difference to Western USA I am very satisfied and will not hesitate to use this company again

I had purchased Office professional Plus 2021 yesterday and followed the directions to a tee to set it up The software comes from Microsoft it self as a download After making the purchase I was sent a working genuine product serial code and the download links to Microsoft to download the software straight away Firstly you need to download a tool from Microsoft to remove Microsoft Office 365 from your system completely then you can install the new software So far its great and works Highly recommended
