Don t contribute anything to gettyimages 1 Very low royalties in microstock 15 for photos vectors and 20 for videos So the hardwork is yours but they take major part 85 and 80 2 This is the only microstock agency where you see 0 01- 0 05 as royalties 3 They don t show realtime statistics where as all other microstock agencies shows isn t it suspicious Are they not doing any fraud in this 4 Very worst customer service5 They don t allow you to edit delete some or all of your files You need to contact them for that And they don t respond positively for those requests

116 cancellation feesistockphoto Getty images appear to not value their customers Go somewhere else for photos Look around they have horrible reviews everywhere They have good photos but horrible policies Notice how they do not claim their Trustpilot profile You cannot downgrade only cancel Then you pay a fee then sign up again Make 116 and get someone who hates or you or make 29 mo for years after Just does not make sense Make sure you cancel way before your next payment is due because they will take that payment and then still wont let you access your account even though you paid

Templates can t be used without publishing software

This company sells templates The writing on the templates clearly needs to be personalised to your own event They don t provide the means of doing this You need publishing software to achieve this They wouldn t help by providing the blank template They don t care about anyone or anything Steer clear if you can

An acquaintance of mine entered into a trial subscription with my Paypal account to download one photo Turns out the trial subscription expired 16 02 I ended the trial subscription that same day but according to IStock Photo I am too late They now want to charge me an annual subscription of 74 20 month 890 40 year While I don t want or need this at all They propose a solution if I pay 350 I can end the subscription early A knife at my throat 350 euros or 890 40 I stand with my back against the wall and can do nothing at all Outrageous how inhuman this company acts I am 8 months pregnant and this company is causing me enormous stress and financial worries

Terrible experience for stock contributors The epitome of a giant corporate pig sucking the life out of the little man There are so many problems with their platform least of all the 18 royalty rates or whatever it is and it s impossible to talk to a staff member about any of it I ve submitted numerous complaints and questions over the last few months not once getting a response They simply DO NOT CARE There are plenty of other platforms who will pay you fractions of a dollar for your work Go there instead

I m pretty sure my subscription was set to cancel because I receive SSI and have limited income so I try to be aware of upcoming Subscription charges But got charged by these guys anyway and they have a no refund policy I only downloaded 3 images on a free trial
