ordered one a few weeks backissue 1 on day 2 lid cracked and split they replaced the lid in a couple of daysissue 2 lid 2 split on introduction to any sort of heat lasted less than 5 mins they sent me again quite quickly a replacement steam unit and a 3rd lid issue 3 less than 2 weeks later the new 2nd steam unit doesn t even power on EDIT replaced the plug and fuses to restore power will mark up score but first 2 weeks have been a bad start for issues great when it works but i spend more time emailing their support team than i do being able to use it2nd EDIT team reached out again and resolved all issues and apologised for all recent problems and offered apart refund Fantastic customer service great sauna honestly better than a commercial one few teething issues but all sorted

Biggest asset to our home gym

The sauna pod and ice bath combo has been the biggest asset to our home gym My husband and I use both daily and they have exceeded our expectations in so many ways Great quality and long lasting design I did ALOT of research and vital was easily the most cost effect Highly recommend

Everything was delivered on time quality of product is good and everything works well

Worth the wait

Took an extra week or so delivery but came in time for Christmas and couldn t be happier Already saving money by not having to pay for individual sauna and cold plunge sessions

Extremely Disappointing Product and

Extremely Disappointing Product and Customer ServiceI recently purchased an Ice Bath with a Chiller and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating Upon setting it up I discovered a plug missing which was hidden in the repair kit for the third hole no indication that it was there Why wasn t it included with the other parts in the main packaging On top of that the glued plugs around the water inlet and return appeared to be coming loose from the main body of the bath showing poor workmanship After setting it up I noticed a small water leak at one of the connections right where the poor gluing had caught my attention earlier When I reached out to customer support instead of offering a proper solution they gave me the runaround They suggested I should fix it myself by purchasing plumber s glue For a brand new product this is completely unacceptable When I refused to repair it myself they then asked me to deflate clean dry and return it to the post office to ship back The entire process has been a joke being made to do all the work myself even for a defective item In summary this has been the worst customer service I ve ever experienced I was sold a faulty product and then expected to either fix it or go through an unreasonable return process Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere Update 19th Nov 2025Cam the owner called me and apologies for the experience He worked with me to resolve the issue and I m happy with the outcome

Happy With The New Me

Genuinely thought it was all a bit of marketing spin but I genuinely feel like a slightly better version of the old me - I m more focussed I sort of feel a little better consistently throughout the day my skin looks better and it s acted as a bit of a catalyst for me to start eating a little better and getting to the gym Very solid investment
