I found the whole procedure absolutely brilliant cannot fault at all My very old and well used ghds are a vital piece of equipment and their breakdown couldn t have come at a worse time particularly with the expense of Xmas just around the corner I posted on Saturday morning and received an email Monday afternoon to tell me they had been repaired and returned to me and I received them the next day It is very reassuring to know that they have been thoroughly tested and aren t going to blow up as they may have done if I d tried to repair them myself
