Don t ever order with them The package was lost during transit but marked as delivered I contacted them to inform them of this to see if they offer to either reship or refund they did neither I filed a dispute with my credit card and they won the dispute since they supplied the tracking that was marked as delivered BUT IT NEVER GOT DELIVERED

Never use them unless you re willing to wait with no communication Bought some gifts for my daughter s birthday about a month ago I made my purchase 2 weeks before I needed them thinking it was enough time and I m still waiting Tried to contact them multiple times with no answer and the shipping tracker they gave me haven t updated in weeks If they respond to this DO NOT BELIEVE what they have to say

SCAM Avoid this website I purchased a sweater which was listed as a sweater twice in the description When it arrived it was a low-quality shiny shirt with a poor attempt at a sweater print on it When I emailed they responded that it was a sweater simulation which NOWHERE on their website did they describe it as such I have asked for a return label and to return it their website says returns are accepted and have gotten crickets This is a hoax of a website

Ordered a cuddly toy a month ago Didn t receive it Contacted the store for refund but they just gave a new tracking number So no gift and no refund Update What the seller replied is true the order finally arrived and I declined their 50 refund offer But most importantly here is what they didn t mention 1 Don t expect them to honor their 100 Customer Satisfaction guarantee mentioned on their website They will completely dismiss you Just a scam which I fell for 2 Calculate the shipping cost to China if you want to make any returns about 100 for small item Yes this is a Chinese company even though it is not mentioned anywhere on their website This is their actual address Recipient YJMAddress 8 floor YongAn Dasha Nanyuan Street Linping District Hangzhou City Zhejiang Province ChinaPostCode 3111013 Anticipate much larger delays than mentioned on their website My item arrived 1 week after New Year and 2-3 weeks after excepted delivery counting anticipated delays 4 The product quality is nowhere near the authentic Ghibli merchandise So order at your own risk but don t except quality of service or products

No way to communicate with them

Have sent multiple emails to them asking about my order I got a confirmation email but it said the order was on hold until they can confirm that the payment was received I have not received anything saying that it was received and the order was officially confirmed I haven t heard from them at all Tired looking for a number and there is no number My daughter has been asking everyday for her Totoro backpack and after reading lots and lots of reviews I think we both are going to be pretty disappointed if it actually shows up Edit after they replied to this I emailed correct email and still didn t have any response for 3 days Three days after not hearing anything from them I received it was sent out then an email asking for my order number so they could look into it so them saying they didn t receive my email was a lie They are just slow with communication but after 3 days and leaving lots of 1 star reviews then I heard from them

You will never get your money back

So I ordered a figurin from ghibli the 10 of mars ang got it a month later and discovered that it was broken So I contacted ghilbli and they responded with that they apologize and that I haft to send pictures So I did it and never got an answer back I waited and sent them a lot of emails after that Today it is 1 of may and still no response I just wanted my money back I am really disappointed and angry

Do not buy anything from this store I ordered 2 hoodies 1 came and was poor quality The other hasn t arrived and they are not answering my emails Note that they also ignore the 100 bad reviews and don t try to make amends in any way

The bag I got was the my neighbor Totoro bag the bag was way smaller than the measurements it asked for And it didn t even fit my computer in it for school so it was just worthless I asked for a refund they said to send a picture of the bag to make sure the measurements were correct I was like okay I also ordered the wrong one and my mother is allergic to the fabric on the fuzzy one that I had accidentally ordered And then they gave me the refund but I need to print out my own shipping label they won t give it to me After there website says it s 100 guaranteed to get a refund And that the website is all about service While the lady who was helping me was so rude It s disappointing and disgusting with the service that I had gotten Update So I had to go back and forth with this person about 18 times about a refund that they won t give me Wasting my time and measuring the goddamn bag 2 times for them They were questioning the measurements repeatedly And then they wanted me to change the review I made And honestly no After the troubles that you made me go through when it was your guys fault Hell no Rot in hell ghibli store So disappointing when I m a die heart fan of ghibli studios and want to purchase smth and I get crap for it Your fault not mine

I would give 0 starts If i could Total scam As stated before by others their satisfaction guarantee is a hoax i made the mistake of choosing them because of it thinking the quality must be better and If not i won t lose much since i can return the items In reality the real terms and conditions concerning the returns and refunds pretty much Excludes most of the products they re selling you have to pay for the return costs and they wont refund the shipping costs and since they re shipping products from different locations If you have more than one item to return you ll need to pay for the costs of the returns of those separately making it way more expensive than the original shipping cost have even been not to mention you need to pay for a tracked shipment If you want to have even a slightest chance to get a refund so basically it has been made so that returning and getting a refund will be way more expensive for you than keeping the products Also they re not answering to emails concerning returns and refunds or they reply late or after you ve sent several messages about it After i sent every picture and detail they had asked from me as proof of the quality issues they stopped answering all together At which point they had also buyed enough time with their actions taking more than a week to get an answer toEmails even though they promise to answer within 24h etc that the timeperiod in which you can return the items had expired Nor could you use any canceling options paypal etc at that point either Also they only show the good reviews on their website If they are even real not publishing the bad ones like mine the sale timers in the websites refresh every few hours the quality of the products is bad and in some cases you don t even know what material they are there aren t any labels tags and they feel iffy etc etc Their terms say they are Following UK laws but i have a hard time believing that
