Ordered a ghostbed mattress topper in
Ordered a ghostbed mattress topper in August 2021 several it ll ship in 2 weeks statements later the thing finally arrived in late October it s supposed to be 3 thick and it s only 2 thick It s so soft it basically does nothing whatsoever and it off-gasses so much you can t get near it Totally worthless product They denied a return because it was opened but it s impossible to know if it s torn or too thin etc without opening it and letting it expand They hide behind a blanket statement that the mattress industry has a 1 variance tolerance Yeah but 1 out of 10 or more is not a big deal 1 out of 3 is 30 thinner than advertised What a lousy company

Don t buy anything from this company
Don t buy anything from this company You won t find this even in the fine print but if you want to return anything like the topper pillows and so on--unused and unopened--they charge a freight charge and a 15 restocking fee It s 75 00 to return a 200 topper plus 15 restocking or you can pay for your shipping which is about 90 00 depending on where you live to ship to Florida You won t find this anywhere on the website during your purchase According to the customer service it is in the terms and conditions When you call a company and the customer service rep starts her sentence with First off you should know you are in trouble and dealing with a different business

Terrible company
Terrible company very scummy drags they re feet and does everything they can to get out of refunding your money if you don t like they re mattress at the end of the trial Will make you pay shipping out of your own pocket on any promotional items they decided to send you or bill you full retail

SCAM It took almost two months to get the piece of crap The poorly made mattress has a horrible chemical smell that doesn t go away When we tried to return per their Satisfaction Guaranteed policy and were told they don t refund purchases because it s a personal item Unbelievable Please don t be a victim

I ordered a mattress topper nearly two months ago Their made in America product has been delayed because according to them the demand is so high Every time I ve contacted them they respond and say the tracking number will be provided later today It appears to be a pyramid scheme where they use new customer money to try and supply previous orders Avoid

Rude Customer Service
I ordered 3 sets of sheets on 11 24 23 for Christmas gifts and they have not arrived When contacting customer service 12 18 23 I was told they were delayed until the end of Jan Obviously unhappy that this was never disclosed but even more unhappy that my refund would take 10 - 15 days just to process I ask for a manager Ryan the supervisor not manager came on the line and was the rudest customer service rep I have ever spoken to He not only talked over me but lied and said I was informed of the delay He would not let me speak to another hopefully not so rude manager I hung up and called back trying to speak to someone who would listen because that is all I wanted to be heard I worked in Customer Service for years and I am appalled that any CSR would treat a customer this way much less a supervisor My advice don t waste your time or money dealing with this company

The Most Un-Customer-Centric Company Ever
A few days after assembling my new Ghostbed I received an email from Sam s Club advertising Ghostbed merchandise for HALF of Ghostbed s alleged 50 -off sale When I spoke to a CSR at GB about this discrepancy she reflexively responded We don t price match When I pointed to the company s 101-night money-back guarantee I was told that since I had already complained about the price the guarantee was void When I spoke with a supervisor he was even more adamant I don t even know how a company like this could remain in business
