When Giganet started laying their fibre network in our town Wimborne Dorset back in 2023 I eagerly registered my interest Once up and running I was visited by Giganet representative Des Fry who s doorsteps manor should be a textbook example for other sales people to follow His natural pleasantness and un-pushy professionalism particularly in so quickly responding to any query I raised and not to mention that Giganet s charges are less than half what I am paying with BT - for a service which is five times faster BT 46 mps 60 pm -v- 150 mbs 28 pm with Giganet s least costly plan are commendable All is set for connection in a few weeks time which will be the true test of Giganet s standing in the high speed fibre marketplace So for now it s certainly 5 5 for Des Day and the same 5 5 for Giganet with fingers crossed

I registered my interest for giganet a while back and today had a visit from Simon Spencer from giganet We had a good chat about the services and that I could now register to have it installed so I have gone for the 900mbps package being installed in two weeks Would like to thank Simon again for being a very lovely man to talk to and he explained the whole process and how to set up the new eero pro 6e router Top man

Had a visit from Mark this afternoon He informed me that I still qualified for original installation offer I thought I had missed out So after Mark explained the situation I was quite happy to go ahead with the installation Understand that I will be able to retain my landline number which was not the case previously Now looking forward to the installation
