Lost my email for my Concert tickets
Got a gig coming up but couldn t find any email in regards to my tickets which I purchased many months ago Maybe it went to my junk email and now gone Emailed Gigantic regarding my issue and within 20 mins I was contacted by Laura Bowers in Customer Service to say she would email over the link to my tickets straight away Really easy to deal with and very helpful

Fantastic Service

Prompt action and communication
The concert seats were not sold as restricted view seats but when Gigantic were made aware they were restricted changed them for unrestricted view seats without me asking Later I had a query and Gemma answered promptly with the information I needed This is the second time I have used Gigantic and certainly will use them again in the future

Excellent Customer Service
I recently had a problem with my email account and a chunk of emails were wiped out One of them contained my e-ticket for an upcoming gig I contacted Gigantic by email explained the issue and although I had no booking number within minutes the customer service agent Lewis Conway located my ticket and resent it to me Big relief Thank you Lewis

I was having a problem with my payment

I applied for a pre-sale link for some
I applied for a pre-sale link for some tickets but I didn t receive it so emailed Customer Services and Gemma Treece responded with the link However Tier 1 had already sold out but Gemma very kindly sent a new link for Tier 2 tickets so as to ensure I could still purchase tickets prior to them going on general sale She also made some admin changes for me whilst we were in contact - thanks so much Gemma you ve helped massively -

I was trying to sort out accessible
I was trying to sort out accessible seating for my partner as it wasn t at all clear from the venue website what the position was and when the venue said I should contact Gigantic my heart sank However customer services was so helpful looked into what was needed and liaised with the venue to sort it out and kept me fully informed Not what I had expected from a ticket company We now have an accessible seat
