Awful nightmare experience
Awful nightmare experience I ordered iPhone 16pro in the gold colour At the time of the order the object was available I made an order and paid by transfer the same day In a couple of days i started to write to their customer service because I received no confirmation email with a courier tracking code They replied that my order is being managed Another two days have passed I wrote to them again and they replied that the object i ordered is not available and i have to wait another 20-25 working days i alleged to them that it was available at the time i ordered it they replied nothing to it In the end I asked them whatever colour was available it was black one which I didn t really like but had to ask them to send me that one as it seems there was no other option
