Lack of support

I have been trying to sort out a ticket issue with Gigsberg since late July, and I am frustrated by their lack of support. I ordered tickets for a really good section near the stage but was sent seats in a section, which had an obstructed view due to a pillar. I paid a hefty 3000 EUR, expecting premium seats, but ended up far from the stage. I reached out to Gigsberg right away and provided photos, but it took three months to get a response. They eventually offered me 570 EUR as a settlement, which feels inadequate and dismissive. If you’re thinking about using Gigsberg, be cautious. My experience has shown they are unresponsive, and once you’ve paid, you may be left on your own. I would suggest choosing another platform that stands by its customers.

I m writing this review to reassure anyone considering a purchase from this company Initially I encountered an issue with receiving my tickets via email My immediate concern was that I would be stuck in a long queue risking the loss of 2000 However I was pleasantly surprised I reached out online and received a response within seconds When I followed up on WhatsApp the promptness was the same What impressed me most was that each time I contacted them they had full notes on my order so I never had to explain the situation more than once I received my tickets of course

So easy definitely recommend

First time I ve used a resale site and was really pleased with my choice of Gigsberg Everything was really well explained and the most important thing for me was the guarantee of getting in the door The transfer went through smoothly so I m rapt I get to see Benson Boone cheaper than Oasis Definitely recommend if you miss out on those tickets

Quick response very patient and understanding of my anxiety about receiving the tickets but they did arrive and was easy and straight forward

Everything went smoothly received the tickets to the event the day before only cause ticketmaster did not release them earlier Gigsberg kept me informed and made sure I ve received them successfully

Buying tickets to a concert can be stressful when it should actually be fun IMO Then there s the nagging doubt will they ever arrive Have I been ripped off I ve used these guys a few times and they ve been excellent Clear communication from a human not an automated bot prompt replies and reassurance that they have your back Thank you I m off to enjoy the show

I could not find electronic tickets

I could not find electronic tickets anywhere and really started to panic On chat so helpful Telling me the day they were sent giving me keywords and asked me to check junk folder that s where they were Dealing with me can be a frustrating experience when I m in the panic zone This team are fabulous Would highly recommend Also so quick replying to you THANK YOU FOR SAVING THE DAY

The whole process was straight forward and easy to use you have to remember and except you re paying premium prices for a reason Communication was good throughout and even when it came down to only a few days before the event which was actually abroad and the tickets hadn t arrived there was no panic just reassurance As promised the tickets arrived and transferred with no issues and all worked just fine Thank you
