My experience is with Gillette Canada was TERRIBLE
Gillettes latest razor is a complete waste of time as are the three complaints I ve made to Gillette as well as the latest one I ve sent to the board of Proctor Gamble They say that refunds are available but that s a lie Gillette used to be a proud name but all good things come to an end There are better products on the market so do yourself a favour and shop around I find it very sad and from many reviews it would seem that I m not alone

As Gillette costumer for so many years
My experience is with Gillette Canada I have their heated razor which I love - there is no question that it s a great razor but customer service snd or company policy is TERRIBLE The clip that releases the blade popped off and the spring mechanism fell out I have both part but just don t know how to reassemble or where the spring clip goes I called to ask for instructions on reassembling and was told we don t provide give out that information You ll have to buy a new unit When I expressed concern at that answer as the razor still functions I was offered a 30 off coupon IF I bought at that very moment This coupled with the fact that I have a recurring subscription with them for blades for at least 2 years I explained that 30 was of no consequence as their base price was well over 200 and other online vendors - in Canada - were selling for 127 and free shipping The response was too bad so sad I had been placed on hold for multiple periods and the call was well over 45 minutes without any satisfaction I then asked for my subscription to be cancelled as well but they could have cared less I think that there are much better options available to us men and I do not think Gillette Canada cares at all about their loyal customer base Imagine disposing of all those components for lack of a spring clip that is reprehensible and irresponsible When I told them I would be leaving a review they also cancelled my account and I can no longer log into their system even after requesting a password reset Enough said

Horrible experience I order Dec 7 and
As Gillette costumer for so many years i never needed to use costumer service I live in Portugal and i use Gillette blades and foam for a long time since i was a kid regular Mach3 Mach 3 Turbo Fusion i ve used it all Usually i buy it from Spain on a web major cosmetics site called Perfumes Club who sell a lot of products from Gillette So i was using a blade for 3 weeks and was time to change it but when i changed it i noticed the new blade was worse than the previous one i was using looking like a very used blade I sent it to garbage and try another new one with the same outcome Ok there s was a problem blades are not cheap so i wrote a mail to costumer service I received a mail after 1 or 2 days asking for more details I sent some pictures of the blades i was complaining about who had a golden stripe who are not usual next to new ones they were good i have to buy on my local shop after my bad experience After some days i received a new mail saying that they sent the complain to the costumer service and that s all They didn t feel the need to collect the blades to check what was wrong or tried to replace it sending a new package of blades I work in a company who sell products to the public and the minimum we do when there s a complain is to collect the product submit it to our laboratories see what s gone wrong and if there s anything wrong with it we send a card explaining what s was the problem and with a new product with our apologies So shame on you Gillette Portugal or Procter Gamble Bad service is what you gave

Horrible experience I order Dec 7 and is the 27 I still don t received my order all they did was give me a refund this was a Christmas gift I will never order this here again

Blade are rubbish not like they used to
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I am absolutely appalled at the customer service I received from this company I purchased a beard grooming set for 20 for my son which comprised of 3 items To my horror the beard oil which I particularly wanted was substituted for a bottle of suncream I phoned the company immediately and was told I would receive an immediate refund of 14 which covered the new oil i d have to purchase they couldn t send one out plus postage The next day I then received an email asking me to photograph the 3 items in the set which they needed to see before any refund could be made I tried and tried to upload the photograph on their website using their upload facility but it just kept saying the process had failed I informed Gillette of the situation whereby they sent me a returns form to send the sun cream back at my own expense I wrote to say this was unacceptable and have heard nothing since It is diabolical I only wish I d read other reviews before I ordered from this company Never again

Customer service horrible
Gillette Series Shave Gel Soothing with Aloe Vera I don t know if I got a defective tin but it is nearly impossible to get any of the gel out of the tin so I have gone back to my old soap and brush An on-line customer service helpline at Gillette would help

I purchased a Gillette Lab razor and couldn t be more disappointed It is overpriced and did a poor job of shaving I ve been a long time Fusion user but this experience has me looking for another razor company
