Worst experience ever in customer hostility
I bought a Christmas- present jeans for my grand-daughter at the webshop in November black week and noticed that exchange or refund could be given at in a shop within the 30 days limit As GT is a Scandinavian company with Danish shops I had no concerns regarding the option to exchange size if needed for a Christmas Gift which is given in all comparable shops in DK However the shop GT Soendergade Aarhus C refused to shift size at Dec 28th which was 32 days after I received the package- and they did it in an atmosphere so my grand-daughter had to leave the shop in embarrassment They claim to me that it is impossible for them due to company systems -but I might succeed by contacting Customer Service Now the problem is that there appears to be a customerservicedk option but there is no dk- answers The Customer Service is a chat -bot or a human robot in Sweden covering up for telephone contact with a management rep and just repeating that 30 days is exceeded and lecturing me to read the conditions The arrogance exceeds any experience I ever had- and even in a situation where GT could solve the problem at zero cost by exchanging the jeans or give a credit note for later use Conclusion The shops are hiding behind the claimed company rules and systems and refers to the option to use customer service - and the customer service and mother company is de facto not accessible for a dialogue to solve a customer problem Scandinavian in branding but not in mindset and behavior Stay away

They do not help in cancelling or changing the order I lost my I d card they are not even considering delaying the order and are extremely rude and unhelpful

Don t buy your clothes here
Don t buy your clothes here I ordered clothes online and wanted to return half of it over 100 euros So i send it back to them with the labels on it and in a very good state First they gave the wrong sticker so the package came back to my home Then i send it again and they told me the clothing was dirty so i couldn t get my money back The option was to send it again to me for 5 euros or not send it back and not giving my money back I said to them that i did not believe the damage because I only tried the clothing on 1 time So if they could send me pictures of it The customer service was HORRIBLE They gave me no evidence and didn t do anything to help me Then they send it back to me for the 5 euro and the clothing is in perfect state it doesn t smell has no damage and has all the labels on it I even asked all of my friends and everyone is totally in shock by this bad customer service and by the fact that the clothing is in perfect state I think the only reason they said this to me was because the clothing is not online anymore so they could not sell it anymore I will NEVER buy here clothing again

Not a good service I order a dress and vans The dress is broken i can send it back but if i want the dress i must order again so i must pay again sendingcost The vans are not included my order so i contact them they say its left the warehouse so you must pay so i payed for something i didnt have Really bad

Bad customer service
I am really severely disappointed in this company My package has been missing for several weeks and DHL says it s with the neighbors I have contacted dhl several times and they say I should contact gina tricot customer service about this I have been trying for 3 weeks and I have tried several customer service emails but each time I get in touch with a customer care service employee It seems like she is a robot who does not want to help me further and emails me back on every email with the same answer that I should report it to the police According to the law and regulations Gina Tricot is responsible that my package is delivered to me properly and that an investigation is started at DHL so we can find the package in fact I have been in contact with my neighbors and they say that my package was not delivered I find it quite intense to report to my neighbors but apparently she does not understand this I have never had such bad customer service Can anyone help me any further This is a package of over 300 euros
