Ginger Ray and in particular their customer service are fantastic We bought a range of xmas decorations and while the designs are quite simplistic they work well for the elegant understated look we personally hate OTT xmas decorations Thank you for providing a great service

I ordered some candles for my partners birthday and unfortunately they didn t arrive in time but I was given a full refund and the product arrived and looks amazing The customer services were very helpful and polite Will definitely be purchasing from this site again

My order contained a couple of incorrect items however as soon as I contacted them they agreed to send out the additional items at no extra cost It s rare to have such personal service these days

Wedding

On looking on the website i could see most of the wedding items had a sale on Which was brilliant as it was saving me money When I added it back to the basket it would resume full price again so I got in touch with Lauren who was online on that chat function Lauren was able to see the issue which was it had just come out of the sale I put the order through and Lauren refunded me the difference She stayed online until the order had fully processed and refunded me Brilliant service thanks Lauren

Fantastic customer service if you have any issues

I had an issue with a product however the support team were fantastic and eventually compensated me for this issue They went above and beyond to resolve the issue especially Beth who my last few email responses had been from I wouldn t hesitate to order from them again

Great experience with Ginger Ray

Great experience with Ginger Ray Ordered 2 confetti smoke cannons and 2 smoke bombs Arrived the next day All worked as expected good quality Had a little question for customer service and I did find them a little robotic so maybe wouldn t be great if there was any issues but can t comment really One thing I would say is that even if you take the girl boy sticker off the confetti smoke cannons you can still see the powder round the edge so no real chance for a surprise so watch out for that Also it gets all over your hands but that s to be expected just don t wear white
