My dog has 3 Ginger Ted coats Recently I changed from using a collar to a harness One of the older coats didn t have a harness hole so I contacted Ginger Ted to see if they offered a service where they would put one in They told me to send the coat in with confirmation of the date I d bought it from them Within a week the coat was returned with a harness hole inserted Plus there was absolutely no charge for the work or return postage Without a doubt their customer service is second to none and the coats are fabulous quality I wouldn t buy dog coats anywhere else
