Gini talent Frivolous Attitude and Unreasonable Removal from the System
I was directed to the Kovan App project through Gini Talent I applied through Linkedin It is a company working for Yandex I completed all the procedures and passed the exam However I did not receive a message about when I would start working A day before I received a message that my account would be deleted because I had not started doing the tasks I started doing the tasks immediately My daily income was shown as 1000 TL The next day my account was closed Despite sending emails many times I did not receive a response Finally I wrote a message to Kovan App through the Discord channel The relevant person wrote to me that it was closed due to low quality I laughed when I saw it In fact can low-quality platforms be those who steal people s time delete accounts from the system without any valid reason and then make false excuses I clearly think that Gini Talent is not a company that can carry out a project for a big company like Yandex

Chaotic system poor tracking aggressive refund demand
We started a legal process and joined their system but they assigned us so few jobs that we couldn t even cover the mandatory payments owed to the state The panel they provided supposedly for tracking our working hours and earnings crashed constantly and displayed incomplete or incorrect information Payments were made only after 45 days with no clear indication of which dates they corresponded to We eventually managed to leave their system but they later claimed they had overpaid us and demanded a refund This is a company that can t even properly track payments and is extremely inadequate and aggressive in managing its processes We absolutely do not recommend working with them
