Shady business practices and customer service sends fake codes

Truly appalling business practices They falsely advertise gifts that are not available they literally told me its sold out despite it still showing up online as an apology they sent a coupon code that doesnt work lol What a joke Better off buying elsewhere this is ridiculous you d expect better from the source and for paying over 300 on fragrances you could get elsewhere more than 50 cheaper Lesson learned and I will not be purchasing here again

Tried ordering perfume and kept getting error looked at credit card transactions and I was charged 7 times for the order Called CS and was advised by Viviana that I would have to wait 72 for a supervisor to get back to me I am so disappointed I have loved this brand for years They have lost a customer Let s pray I get refunded the 1000 they charged my CC

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service I was sent a damaged cologne I emailed customer service 4 times and called customer service twice Never received any responses to my emails When I called I was on hold for over a hour and then the line would disconnect I m never buying from Armani beauty again and its sad because I love their fragrances just wish they had better customer service who actually responds The craziest part is I wrote a review on their website and received a response informing me that my review was moderated and not accepted How about responding to my first 4 emails Armani

I would give them no stars if I could Luminous silk is a great foundation However after ordering it my shade went on back order then they cancelled it They have yet to refund my money It has been 2 months The rep said it s still processing Then she put me on hold and never came back I really like their foundation but their customer service and refund process is terrible

Placed order they shipped it to a total wrong address they said they can t change the address or cancel the order just a scam I had to dispute the charge customer service is the worst

The worst online buying experience I have ever had Bought something found it cheaper in Macy s Tried to cancel my order next morning The order was still in the store and not shipped and the money was not withdrawn They refused to cancel the order and I was told that I will have to recieve it then return it Although the website mention one of the reasons to shop and buy from it was the easy return I had to go through 5 phone calls ship it back with me paying the shipping cost and they would not allow returning it in person to an Armani store Ulta Sephora or any other store that sells their product Please save yourself the agony of going through what I had to go through and do not ever buy from their website Probably you can also find the item cheaper somewhere else and they won t torture you in case you want to return it

You re SOL if there s a problem

During the recent 50 off sale I ordered a few items I wouldn t have been able to afford otherwise However when the order arrived half of the items worth over 60 of the order cost were missing from the box The sale had ended by this time and the missing items were out of stock This shouldn t have been impossible to solve ship comparable items as a replacement for the missing items provide a 50 discount code for a future order or refund the entire order to come a little closer to the current cost of comparable items None of these are possible with support The only possible solution was to refund the discounted items leaving me with a refund that doesn t even cover the cost of one of the items missing from the box Lesson learned Don t purchase directly from Armani Beauty What should be the best source of support is the worst option instead
