Dreadful Customer Service

I placed an order for 45 95 of goods on the 4th of February 2022 order number 23254 After placing the order I received an email which stated We will notify you when it has been sent Items can only be purchased if in stock and cannot be added to the online basket if out of stock It states on their own website under Shipping Policy All orders placed by 12pm will be processed and dispatched within 1 business day UK Shipping 1-3 business days By the 16th of February I had not received any notification of a dispatch and not received the goods Both cases were contrary to their own T Cs and statement in their email On the 16th of February I telephoned their offices and on describing my issue was told by someone that answered the phone I just work in the linen department and will get the manager Clare to call back Firstly what is someone who can t help you doing answering the phone Secondly I never received a call back from the manager Between the 4th and 16th were 11 working business days The order was in fact placed at 8 36am and before 12pm and it also states on their website All orders placed by 12pm will be processed and dispatched within 1 business day Another lie I was told when I phoned that they had a delivery issue etc But how could I place an order if the items were not in stock Why wasn t I phoned back or emailed back within 1-3 business days that there was a problem The whole experience was just dreadful and I will make a point of never dealing with this organisation again

Customer service and nylons quality dreadful

I recently attended an open day at the Gio factory were we purchased several pairs of nylons the three that i have opened were not at all suitable the sizing is totally wrong and one pair had a ladder in the toe I have sent numerous emails with very little response as I want to know if these are being sold as perfects or imperfects I attend many stockings themed events and I certainly won t be recommending Gios stockings Customer service you really need to get your act together

Really bad customer service

Really bad customer service and the delivery was awful It took around 4 weeks to get my order It was a gift for my wife s birthday Bought 3 pairs of stockings but one pair is not the right size One stocking is 9 and the other one is 8 5 I sent many emails to see if I could get a refund or at least if I can send that pair back and get another one but I never got any answer I even tried on Instagram as they are pretty active over there I already sent an email few weeks before I decided to buy lingerie to them to have several informations about the gio boxes and I didn t get any answer neither If you don t have any problems with your order I think it s a good place to buy lingerie but if you have the misfortune to have a problem with your order then don t expect anything from them they will not help you at all It s sad because their stockings are really beautiful but we will never order again
