Very poor service They are listing products they do not have and when questioned they keep delaying the response They refund part cash when I pressed them for a refund Take months to turn around for any answer

Big Fail on Delivery
I ordered a jogger and hoodie on 12 9 as a Christmas gift On 12 10 my credit card was charged and I got an email with a USPS tracking number saying my order was on the way I had been warned by the person that recommended this company that shipping might take a while but when I received such a quick shipping confirmation with a tracking number I was quietly optimistic It is now 1 4 and the item hasn t moved since 12 10 I ve sent several emails - always receiving what appears to be a robo-email response very cheery just asking me to be patient As of last week when the item had still not moved I sent yet another email This time the response was that the item was lost and they attached an Affidavit that I was asked to sign They promised to send another set - but also said if this one was lost they would not be able to send it again Don t know what that means since they charged my account and I have yet to receive anything This company s products came highly recommended but this service is abysmal - and the fact that the emails are so robotic it s clearly a template that they re cutting and pasting - oh and after last week s correspondence I was asked to provide a survey response to let them know whether I was happy with their customer service Very disappointing experience

They can t handle delivery or getting back to customers with helpful information Placed two orders on November 24th and I reached out to them about why my orders haven t been fulfilled and got a response stating the long shipping times but that information was already listed on their website I reached out for a third time after my two orders still haven t been shipped out waiting a month now and received the same response about shipping times One month and 2 weeks in I received an email from customer service stating We ve been working with our fulfillment team and unfortunately there seems to have been a processing issue with your order Unfortunately the record wasn t properly pushed to our fulfillment team s system and the order wasn t shipped WOW just WOW I have never experienced this kind of issue with any other company So the customer service rep placed orders on what was currently in stock of the items I bought in November and guess what One of the order still haven t been fulfilled and I assume it s the same issue as before another processing issue on their end They love to charge you without sending you anything

rabbit hole for a website
The two items i ordered did not fit me like they fit the models even tho i did order per their sizing I m disappointed however I very much liked the feel of the fabric I want to return the items however my account information for me to update is hidden somehow I have tried off and on for 5 days to get someone from the company to contact me either by phone or email to give me the secret code so I can undate my information Try and find anything other than girlfriend com Useless And now I get an email that in essence states we are overwhelmed It was a robot response to my HELP ME PLEASE FIND OUT THE SECRET TO UPDATING MY ACCOUNT Watch I won t get my refund Which to me 100 00 is a lot of money Sad This could have been a wonderful relationship Now I wait for customer service not to be overwhelmed and somehow get back to me

Placed order Nov 27-2020 As of 12 24 it still has not arrived I have reached out to the company via email several times THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER You get a robotic replay that gives you a tracking number My package has been at JFK since 12 14 at 4 52 When I reached out to the company again I got the exact same response tracking number Even though I love my leggings and have 4 pairs I will not order from a company that does not have a user friendly way to respond I am a person and expect to be treated as such DO NOT OFFer a product you can not deliver Now i have no Christmas present and have no idea if I WILL ever receive my order

Never received ordered items they took my money though
I placed an order on 5 5 22 got a message that there was a delay at customs and never got anymore tracking updates other than a label was created I looked at tracking again on 6 1 22 and there was zero movement says it s still waiting to be received by usps I contacted GC customer service on 5 31 asking for an update and that I wanted a refund The response was that the item was delayed at customs and would be shipping within the week no reference to my request for a refund Of course the items never shipped within the week because the package is most likely lost But you think GC cares Nope I reached out again this time requesting a refund asap They have not responded I m literally being ignored They took my 160 could care less whether or not I actually receive the items I paid for After leaving a bad review I noticed there only good reviews on the website I m pretty sure they are hiding a horrid customer service track record I will NEVER purchase anything from them again and am actively pursuing a dispute with my card issuer This is unbelievable customer service
