A scam

I have asked for exchanging one item and the whole process is going on since 3 weeks It took me 4 emails and two pointless days spent at home waiting for nothing for their courier to finally collect the parcel Now they ask me for proofs that I have shipped the parcel but THEIR courier never gave me a tracking or a receipt They don t reply to emails and they just provided me with a 20 discount but I will never give them a cent Stay away from this company
