Perhaps this is the only online shop we can trust
I placed order in Giusti s online shop We are expecting to receive to see how nice the Giusti s product as we knew that all Giusti s product are perfect and packing also nice Unfortunately when we open the courier s box all products inside the box made us extremely disappointed First there is one product shortage 2nd we found some leakage and made all products paper box got wet and all products looked very bad So nice that Giusti has WhatApps provided CS for customers We contacted to inform the whole case Provided with photos and video for their kind attention Giusti s e-commerce gave us very prompt reply and started following up the case Within 2-3 days time we received good reply from Giusti mentioned they had been arranged a replacement via the courier again and reached us within two days It s prefect and catch up the time to reach to us so that we can bring it to Hong Kong from UK All products are in good condition and nice packing that we expected Giusti well explained what actually happened which made us feel relax It s a very reliable shop that you never worry Visit and buy

Great visit to Modena shop
We actually ordered this while on vacation in your shop in Modena The staff was very helpful and took care of us so we could have this shipped back to the US We loved the care the sample tasting and are enjoying the balsamic vinegars we purchased
