Be careful this company is not recommended I placed an order with them it arrived late was incomplete it should have been 3 packages with a total weight of 32 kilos the reason I can be so exact is they were in fact dumb bells firstly the driver reported to the company that he tried to deliver on a specific day my wife and I were at home that day during the whole day and evening And when it did finally arrive he had two 2 packets which were 8-10 less in weight but asked me to sign the delivery note for all three as marked on the delivery note He refused to change the document saying sign for everything and would not alter the delivery note He returned with the goods I directly messaged and emailed the company i waited for another week before contacting my bank I have still not received either the goods or a refund Be ware

Timely delivery good customer service
I ordered some medicine balls and everything went perfectly fine The delivery time was longer than usual but it is understandable in the current pandemic situation I contacted the company to ask about the order and they replied fast and accurate The order status also updated every time there was some change in the order paid prepared out for delivery delivered to DHL etc One negative experience to point out the site has all sorts of languages mixed up This should be fixed I recommend anyway
