Black toilet white accessories Ugh

I ordered a black toilet My contractors installed the toilet and then I realized the cord and remote were white Thinking this had to be a mistake I contacted customer service Not a mistake The black toilet comes with white accessories and I can t replace the power cord or it could damage the toilet They offered me a 15 coupon for a future purchase That doesn t help me at all Awful customer service

Terrible customer service didn t

Terrible customer service didn t resolve any issues with the product The item arrived damaged and they want me to fix it my self After 2 months dealing with this they sent me a message they don t have the parts any more

Vibrating in the valve cartridge

Two years ago we ordered a new shower fixture which was installed by a plumber Almost instantly we heard vibrations from the valve cartridge The plumber inspected it and determined it was defective I wrote an email to giving tree and they sent a brand new cartridge Well unfortunately this new one they sent didn t fit so it wasn t the same model type We lived with this vibration annoyance for a while but finally had another plumber come and take a look He agreed with the first plumber about it being defective and indicated most of these parts are foreign made and a lot of them are junk Unfortunate because we spent a good amount of money on the fixture and have to deal with the annoyance In the future just pay more money upfront and get a better brand like Moen or Delta The parts and brand are well known by all plumbers and are trusted in their quality Next time we ll fork over the money for quality Order GT1001420

Purchased Smart Toilet

Purchased smart-square-one-piece-floor-toilet-with-remote-control-and-automatic-coverfrom a retailer here in Canada in August of 2024 The toilet appeared to be in good condition except the bidet causes a leak from somewhere in the rear assembly and out of the bottom When I contacted Giving Tree I was given the run around to several different phone numbers and emails and dealt with a very frustrating trouble resolution process until eventually after about 2 months they agreed to send a replacement component After 2 more months the component had still not arrived and they ghosted me with the last communication being to contact the retailer They told me that they would be in contact with GivingTree to help resolve the issue Giving Tree kept giving both me and the retailer the run around and have refused to help in any way Edit They did not send me any relevant warranty parts Just a replacement toilet seat Absolutely nothing to do with the internal leaking mechanism that renders the toilet unusable Their poroducts are garbage do not buy

Installation nightmare

Purchased a Giving Tree smart toilet from Home Depot Instructions were incredibly poorly written by someone who clearly doesn t speak English as a first language It included non-standard fittings to connect to the water supply line that neither Home Depot or Lowe s had the adapters to make work Even the plumbers seemed confused on how to make the water line connect to the toilet Giving Trees website had pictures of soldering Seriously You should not have to solder connections to hook up a toilet in 2025 Cost us a fortune in time and trips to hardware stores and ultimately paying plumbers to come and figure out a way to bypass their stupid splitter valve This is like a 5 part that could be included to easily fit most American plumbing systems

Impressed with the quality of their faucet I m gonna get a bathtub someday By the way they are launching new products I will keep up with them

Okay this tub is amazing The shape is so beautiful and practical I looked at so many tubs when shopping for this and almost no other had this beautiful curved shape Now that it s installed I keep noticing how not-pretty the other not-curved tubs are This one is just gorgeous in my remodeled bathroom The size is big enough to totally immerse my body it retains heat really well and the overall footprint is small enough to fit in my space I love the center drain and I haven t experienced that it accidentally releases when I use the tub I used a wall mount faucet with it and it really looks stunning okay there s an LED fireplace above it too which adds to the atmosphere

Nice customer service

I bought a freestanding bathroom faucet and a sink faucet from them but I chioce the wrong color which is not really matching I exchanged the sink faucet from them Nice customer service Will buy it again for my kitchen

These guys are wonderful

These guys are wonderful I bought six bidet toilets from them two and amazon and four on the web site Customer service very responsive never missing a text or message They were out of stick on the gloss black toilet which I wanted since February They fulfilled the order with a Matte black at my option and then they emailed me when the gloss black came in and ordered that I kept the matte black and they made adjustments and gave me good will credit refund for buying for them I am also very happy with the products They are good looking and function well Buy with confidence
