Completely unprofessional - Avoid this companyI purchased their insurance for my car and they suggested that I increase the kilometer limit They increased the monthly bill also covering the previous months When I spoke to them to change it back to the original kilometer they said they cannot because I am leaving for another company I mean like really I am still their customer and can request to increase or decrease the limit Would they also be unable to increase the kilometer limit if I ask so Secondly they have sent me a bill of 6 000 NOK invoice while they agree that it should be less than 3 000 NOK The representative I spoke over the phone was extremely rude I am done doing business with this sick company who does not understand professionalism
