Beautiful bespoke ring

I can t recommend Gladstone Jewellers highly enough They have made me a beautiful bespoke ring which I m so thrilled with Tom has been great to deal with very patient knowledgeable and friendly working through many designs with me and offering lots of good advice and options He then sourced some beautiful stones for me to choose from which was lovely It is just a lovely family business offering quality products in such a laid back friendly way You don t get the hard sell or feel pressurised into buying You would not get this kind of service in a high street Jewellers or the quality of the piece I have People think you pay a premium having jewellery made to your own design from scratch not at Gladstones Thank you very much

As far as I am concerned Gladstones are the number one jewellers Ged and Tom are extremely good at what they do They are both knowledgeable patient and understanding Not to forget their excellent craftsmanship and great value for money The shop has a lovely welcoming family feel to it and at no point do you ever feel pressured into buying something unlike when you visit some of the larger jewellery shops in the city centre Ged made our original wedding rings ten years ago and I returned to Gladstones to buy a new Engagement ring Tom excellently sourced the perfect diamond and set it just how I wanted it in a beautiful band Ged then altered my original wedding band to match my new Engagement ring I am so happy with the service I received and thrilled with my new rings I highly recommend Gladstones and personally would not shop anywhere else

Having bought my partner an eternity ring from Gladstone in December and received a first class service I was more than happy to use them again Tom went above and beyond with my endless questions and asks Nothing was too much trouble And on both occasions I bought off their website and communicated through e-mail and phone Thanks once again

Can I just say what excellent service you provide From start to finish you ve been brilliant I made an online order for a wedding ring it was delayed slightly due to a supply issue but you replied to my email almost immediately and we were advised when it would be posted We then required a smaller size for comparison and you happily waited until both had been tried on offering a refund or exchange and having only sent the alternative size back to you yesterday you have already refunded it to my account Spot on Will definitely order from you again
