I have just received my order and I couldn t be happier because I was expecting the worse based on that rating I feel it is totally unjustified that s why I m giving 5 although they probably deserved 4 because there s a room for improvement It took 10 working days for order to be shipped from USA which is reasonable You have to manage your expectations in therms of lead times if it comes to deliveries from overseas Delays are very common and often out of suppliers control On the suppliers part please improve communication with your customers Make sure they get updates and they don t have to reach out and chase you If there are delays let them know I think that s your only problem Communication and honesty and you ll have happy customers Otherwise you ve got interesting range of products which you cannot find elsewhere and I won t hesitate to order again Thank you for extra samples and good luck
