This is my first time using Glasses-lab in Greenwich I will certainly be back All the ladies in the shop were friendly and efficient-especially recommend Sharon who could not have been more helpful Just such a pleasure They have a great range of glasses-really modern and just a bit different I also had my eye test done with them and the lady was very informative and again knowledgable I would highly recommend Glasses-lab Greenwich

I really do appreciate the level of service that I always receive in GlassesLAB The staff are never pushy just really helpful will help you no matter what the problem is I popped in only the other day as my new glasses needed an adjustment was not a problem Told me to come back anytime if I had any other issues I also like the prompt reply s to emails very efficient I will definitely be sticking to this branch The selection of glasses they have are all extremely unique All price ranges you can pay instalments Definitely do recommend

Absolutely brilliant customer service again from the Glasses Lab I had an eye test and purchased another pair of Tom Ford glasses the whole experience was amazing Everyone is super friendly professional and go out of their way to help Thanks again

I recently had to get my first pair of glasses and the staff in particular Kelsey was really helpful letting me try on lots of pairs she helped me pick out a stylish set of glasses that I m very pleased with The Greenwich shop is lovely and calm with a wide range of styles would highly recommend

Having worn glasses for many years i have had eye tests and bought glasses at various chains and independent opticians It was my lucky day then when I called in to Glasses Lab just to have a quick look I have been with them now for a few years and wouldn t go anywhere else The team manage to combine professionalism and expertise with friendliness and a welcoming attitude and because of this and their brilliant range of frames and lenses I am one very happy customer

Booked an eye test appointment because the reviews were good and the service went above and beyond what I expected I have been wearing glasses for 18 years and this was by far the best service I received All the people in the shop were helpful from choosing glasses to the actual test and providing best practices It s also the cheapest option I had a terrible experience at David Clulow in Bluewater and this was honestly given me hope again in Opticians I will recommend this to all my friends and come back again for my next pair
