I ordered a snowboard but needed some additional parts to fit my bindings on the snowboard When I emailed the webshop they immediately called me to pick the additional right parts and send them to me for free great service

I have made a few purchases from Glisshop more recently a couple of pairs of skies The first pair was a straight order from the website no problem However the second pair for for wife required their customer service assistance since their website did not show the right combination of skies and bindings for my needs Within the day I had a response advising that the website had been adjusted so I could order my preferred choice Made the order on a Monday and the skies were delivered Friday very pleased Fantastic prices plus superb customer support thank you

I had amazing gear at fantastic price - They even shipped to hotel I was going to in France - no cost as based in France I would get skis checked on set up however at a ski shop as my bindings although did fit my boots were not correctly adjusted to my weight I could have broken a leg Most places will do this for free especially if you are hiring for kids like me
