A great option for competitive rent prices in London and I couldn t be happier with their quality of service Was recommended by a friend three years ago who was also a property Guardian via Global The staff are quick to respond and helpful regarding all matters including maintenance financial queries etc Having dealt with a number of property management services before I can certainly say I would recommend Global Guardians to friends and family

I was in a desperate state to find a room it was Global team especially The Majestic Antoinette Williams who assisted me for the viewing and overseeing the paperwork done in no time I am entirely grateful for her and the Global team effective and excellent work so I have a Beautiful roof over my head

We are a service provider who have been working for Global Guardians for just over a year They have a comprehensive programme of works online system that allows us real time access to see which properties require urgent repairs or gas certification so we can respond swiftly The communication from the office is clear and they are conscientious of their guardians needs We are impressed with their diligence and professionalism

The communication with global guardians is really quick and efficient The maintenance of the builing is regular and proactive The minor issues I had with my flat got sorted out always very quickly so far
