basically got robbed
i already have to paid 3170kr for some bullsh t just to have a guy come to my house and check if it possible to install fiber or not 3170kr and now 3 month later i got valsel for 1601kr after that 3170kr w t f is this i never get to use stuff even once jeez nowonder where the f u c k is that 92 1 star coming from1601kr for the internett fiber that i contact 5 min after to cancel every after the guy left my house and i got charge for 3 month of use what i cant even use anything at all

Worst company ever
I am waiting 1 month for the internet first they told it would be 2-4 weeks now they say it would take 6-8 weeks i try to call many times i have to wait around 30 minutes This is my worst expirience with the company Now if i want to resignet i have to pay 3000

We were hard hit by the pandemic and had to terminate a lot of binding contracts including office internet GlobalConnect was the only company that had absolutely no flexibility no mercy forcing us to pay for a year after moving out of the office We were a customer with them for more than 20 years

AVOID AVOID AVOIDWell i had problem with my fiber Internet was working slower and slower so i contacted customer service Did everything what customer support worker told me to do Then suddenly most likely whenm he noticed that the fault is not in my side he informed me that for damaging accesories i can get a fee of 3000 nok The servisant came and told me that there was some damage in the fiber box Later i received faktura for 3000 nok for damaging the accesories Customer service after two mails which they were mostly writing better pay it at once like a threat just ignored me Now ill tell you this because iwas working in this branch Its just another svindel company which pushes the costs of servicant on the customer Its a common practic so if i would you and choosing a internet provider i would never choose this Im even moving now in this month and i had them in one of 3 options as intertnet provider I choosen more expensive one and slower broadband provider just to not get cheated again

Homenet no - Worst Company Ever
Last year I signed up for internet service from them 14-21Mbps and instead was only getting 1-3Mbps Despite this and the calls and emails they insisted that I pay their subscription fee for a service they were not providing Well after a year of harrassment I got Brukerklagenemnda no on the case and won with a unanimous decision from the tribunal After reading some of the complaints here about the slow service I wouldn t be surprised if they are scamming others the way they tried to scam me They get my vote for Worst Company Ever

I ordered the Internet in homenet they said that the master would connect it within 2 weeks Master came after 2 months looked at something and for some reason said that he cannot connect the cable and left I called the control center and asked what was the matter They told that the master did not connect the Internet because I already have a cable from another provider but in fact I don t have any other cable from another provider And a month later they send me an invoice to pay 2500 nok Why don t I understand The master mistakenly confused the TV cable with the Internet and therefore did not connect the Internet So what should I pay for even such a large amount Please tell me which consumer protection organizations I can apply to

It is a scamI ordered a n internet subscription but I never heard from them after that even though I tried to contact them many times but no response I switched to Telenor and after 89 days thy sent an invoice for 4500 because I canceled my subscription with them
