The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I can t give zero The website is designed to make you believe you are making a purchase in the UK you pay in sterling When your item turns up so does the bill for your import taxes Overall makes the product expensive Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere

Probably the worst customer service of any company that I have dealt with this past year Ordered an item on 12 11 with a delivery time of 4 to 9 days On 1 15 the item still has not shipped and customer service did not follow through on requested information 4 phone calls later a promise that the item will ship today We shall see What they did manage to do in a timely fashion was to charge my account No accommodations no discount no apology No future purchases from me

I ve purchased a number of clubs from Global Golf Canada over the past few years When I ve had to deal with customer service generally it s been a positive experience with an adequate solution to the problem On Jan 12 22 I spoke with Tony in order to obtain a club head cover that was promised with a certified preowned fairway wood that was not in the box when it arrived second time in recent orders He was disinterested attempted to explain the incident away and was vague in the solution He said that he would arrange for one to be couriered within several days On Jan 26 22 I called back and learned that Tony had not processed the order Normally the customer service reps are great - not this time It s likely the last time I order anything from Global Golf Canada Thanks Tony Golf Town preowned has always delivered on their orders and their promises

Shocking service I ordered a head cover almost a month ago and was told it will be delivered in 5-10 days It has still not arrived and no one has contacted me with any updates on why it s been delayed I am quite confident at this point I will not be receiving my item and probably won t get a refund I wouldn t advise anyone to use this company
