I had a problem with the tracker app but it was sorted out promptly courteously and professionally

Global Telemetrics Support was First Class

I arranged for a tracker to be fitted to a vehicle back in 2016 and decided to opt for the lifetime subscription at the time of install After three years I paid for an extended warranty Late 2021 I was in the unfortunate position that the tracker stopped reporting its GPS position I contacted Global Telemetrics and can only say their support was first class they ran diagnostics which confirmed the unit was defective Over the next few days they arranged a service engineer to attend at a time and location that was agreed The service engineer replaced the tracker unit and this was all covered under warranty In my own experience I cannot praise Global Telemetrics high enough not only was their response first class it was also carried out during the COVID pandemic
