Hopeless

Never had to make a claim so cannot comment on that But in 3 years multi-trip coverage we never got a renewal reminder and always had to chase them Recently discovered that the links to our current policy documents went to 404 pages Called them and the man breezily apologised and said their underwriters no longer support multi-trip policies Our cover should still be in force but we d be completely stuck if something happened abroad and the internet pages with all our details have all gone We were never told Honestly not sure if they re for real Have gone elsewhere

Dont bother with them

Got a quote from them 2 wks ago for holiday travel went to book it and it had gone up by 50 But I think it was a lucky escape as all my emails to them have ignored

I have been using this company for travel insurance for about 20 years now and I find them very competitevly priced with a very good customer service if you have to speak to someone

Excellent service

Ever since having an undiagnosed condition at the time of travelling several years ago Global is now my travel insurance provider of choice They use a medical screening service which makes it easy to disclose pre-existing conditions to see if they can be covered OR excluded whilst retaining all the other aspects of travel insurance Likewise undiagnosed conditions can be declared and excluded rather than you being refused cover They are also easy and pleasant to deal with However I have not had a need to make a claim so can t comment on that crucial aspect of their cover

Website was clear and easy to use Lots of documents relating to the policies are available online so it was clear what the cover was etc before purchasing Had to call up their office while purchasing and the gentleman on the phone Jon was really friendly and helpful Very happy with this product and service
