went to the Filton tanning centre tonight 2 very rude members of staff especially the older brunette lady made me feel very unwelcome in the shop definitely do not recommend this place

Disgusting business practices Can t use the sunbeds without registering a stupid amount of information with them and have to agree to let them share them information with whoever they feel like Then they want to take a photo to put on your membership NO THANK-YOU THIS IS A SERIOUS INVASION OF MY PRIVACY Their stupid reasoning is in case someone under 18 wants to use my account but seeing as I had to have a 6 digit pin number to register I know for a fact that this is absolute nonsense Are they a Chinese or American company All I know is they wanted as much information on me as possible including personal medical details So seeing as I m not even one for selfies or profile pictures on my social media why on earth would I let some company I ve never heard of have a photo of me when I look at my worst too seeing as I was about to have a sunbed session so hair scraped back with minimal makeup Actually would not do this even if I was looking my best Rang the head office to complain and they didn t even have the courtesy to return my call Don t trust that they don t still have my details on file NOT HAPPY Thankfully found a lovely salon who offers sunbeds with no stupid photo demands or in depth medical info and even though there further away from us they are welcome to our business seeing as I was with another family member that s at least 2 of us

I am very disappointed with what happened to me today at Filton Tanning Center because I entered there without a mask Legally not required to wear the mask from 19th of July The lady who is worked there was angry at me because I didn t wear the mask I explained to her that I didn t have to wear a mask from 19th of July so I came in without a mask she understood that but don t liked at all This is unacceptable and I did my statement to the head office I hope they will help me because this was an awful behaviour from her This wasn t just bad customer service it was downright rudeness

Shambles of a buisiness once again for 10th time this year left to stand outsude there shop in canton no signs no notice while they lie in bed they have social media but dnt bothr to use it to mlnotify people whoever runs this head office should be ashamed of themselves and change jobs its such a regular occurance trouble is thwy hire people who is recommended threw friends or family no interviews so instead of hiring relable respinsible trained staff they bring in outsiders known to other staff they think utvok to not carecifvu turn up in rain standing there waiting its haoond so much thdy now maje sure yu cnt phone and complain on a sunday morninhvifcu can go anywhere else diffrnt company do it they couldnt run a buisiness if thwy tried

30 years been going here on my doorstep Across the road Thousands spent here to be blocked by inmature grown adults How old are they in the head thou head office too for their poor runing of canton and my honest opunions yu cnt tell the truth about this family they wont act proffesional they willkeep taking yr money while penalising you coz they dnt go by right or wrong theygo by if u dnt put up shut up yu pay for it and then banned coz linzie known for her jealous spiteful ways around canton for years who worked theur 2 pumps and a squirt got me banned for her wrong unproffesional doung by cancellung a sunbed of 20 mins i been out 120 seconds by trying to log in then lefr me stood their 10 mins starkers unpolegetic while making out coz she has to reimburse me my 10 pound she lost she actually doung me a favour Htf you work that but yucnt tell her that coz she get you bannd for be thevictim but to top itvoff guess what the big guns dun again nopethey didbt block me they bannd me then tried to make out the place im born bred live respected they all rang up and complained grown women bare face lying saying members of public well thats impossible evweyone knws me and likez me there was no shouting so unless some random stranger from anothr area dont like me and thought wonder if she uses a sunbed i will ring up and complain this is the lengths they will go to and behaviour of a company who are trying to make up a reason toban you for somethijg rheir staff done to you im 54 Tgis is so childish inmature behavioyr and morally and totally wrong I dont need to go in shop to see her i live here but i am owed 145 poubd and i will and am takung them small claims court whwre i will ask for cctv and proof of these random members of public that that complained about me having my sunbed cancelld by their staff Cnt be anyone in ship or canton I will prove the social media blocking puttijv me disadvantage to other customers what kind of person gets someone banned for somethijg they did Wat lenghts do they go too sad and head office sadder Considering aftr sge done it to me on phone they were on my side and going to warn her not to do it again well yu get a chance to explain how yu dealt with it in small claims court best thing about them banning me thou they will never get anothr pennt if my money again dont deserve it had more than enough off me im off to queen streer 5 min walk but i will get my 144 pound back and i will stand outside the shop and walk past evweyday like i usually do so the inly thinf they done is lost a loyal customer money coz baning me to stop me gwtting sunbeds or avouding me grow up act your age act like a reputable proffesional company like other sunbed shops and companies not like 6 yr old kids in a playground making up lies and being imoral i live here im not going anywere Yu dnt get to treat decent people like like criminals when they are not embarress humiliate themand get away with it Ive started process i never back down from bullies or unjustified mistreatment ever Its yr own fault yu owe me an apology u can leave a reply but i be back in few months time even a year updating withproof from small claims no excuse for appaling treatment and you know it This is not a reflection for any other canton staff the n8ce girls that know me well and know i dont lie wat u see wat u get gobby if need be and stick up for wats right always me Never instistagator ever but never lie And not allowing this treatment to go need to learn a duty of care to customers too
