Having had a series of cancelled delivery dates with another supplier we were very pleased to have our freezer delivered on time without any postponements and with helpful personal communications by phone from Glotech And a good price as well Full marks

Needed a repair to fridge freezer during lockdown They were brilliant Appointment fixed very quickly the engineer arrived facemask gloves etc Found out the problem ordered spare parts and within a few days he came back and fixed it He was extremely helpful and I cant speak highly enough of him or the service Glotech provided in a time of social distancing Well done

Excellent Service

I needed to purchase a dishwasher but unfortunately wasn t able to visit the shop due to the pandemic No problem I was able to do the whole procedure on the phone from choosing the correct appliance to paying and arranging a very swift delivery The person who dealt with everything Barry was extremely helpful This is the third time I have used this company and would definitely recommend using Glotech

We have used Glotech several times since we moved to St Albans way back when for washing machines dishwasher microwave During one purchase we did have a hitch with the delivery but it was resolved quickly Would buy from Glotech again

Kept well informed - happy with the product

When our cooker vent hood expired unexpectedly over Xmas we had to hunt down a replacement that would fit in the same space Many websites appeared to offer suitable items but we wither a sham or would refuse to take an order etc citing lack of supply merchants if you cannot supply then take it off your website Glotech not only took the order but also took the time to explain the supply-issues and provide a reasonable ETA and naturally offer to cancel or proceed etc based on that info We proceeded the item arrived a little earlier than predicted and fitted well Polite and efficient service in the face of supply issues facing many such items companies

We replaced our old chest freezer of 23 years with a new one Dino and his colleague were polite efficient and knowledgeable a quick swap over and removal of old appliance thank you

New Dishwasher and Installation

I ordered a new dishwasher 3 days ago and the team arrived promptly having given me a call to let me know they were coming and they removed the old dishwasher and fully installed and tested the new one in a very short amount of time The installation team were great and did an excellent job I d definitely recommend Glotech for electrical appliances and installation Top Job

Cooker Purchase

I ordered a beko cooker that Glotech had to arrange delivery from the supplier It would take a couple of months before we would receive the item Glotech gave us the option of cancelling the order but we wanted that specific cooker as we could not source it from anywhere else Glotech were very good at keeping us up to date with the progress if our order The gave a first class service
