Glow Save are one of the most unprofessional dishonest online website to purchase from I ordered an anti-wrinkle primer ORDER 17590 after I received it I wrote to Glow Save explaining how awful the primer was on my skin it irritated my face and bought out red blotches and bought up the dry patches of skin on my face also it was a terrible sticky feeling when put on Since the 16th of October I have been emailing them back and forwards and have got know where as it is now the 27th November all they are wanting to do is give me a small part of the price refunded and online store credit not even for the whole amount absolutely disgusting I explained to them weeks ago I do not want their online store credit I will not purchase off their website again I want a full refund absolutely disgusting service I have asked several times how to arrange a return for a full refund back as I cannot use it and they keep putting me off and making up excuses through all the emails They have a money back guarantee but will not honor their promise for a refund I want everyone that reads this to be very cautious if you are to purchase off Glow Save as they do not do the right thing by their customers The anti-wrinkle face cream does nothing as described the worst face cream I have ever put on my face I WANT MY MONEY BACK the full 36 00 I paid

Adding this here as well to make sure it s clear to potential buyers DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE It is my belief that this is fully a scam website They have 30 day return stamped everywhere and their policies state they offer returns - according to the support this isn t true and they also don t take responsibility for allegedly openly lying about their products Avoid at all costs

Extremely poor Truly upset Bought an IPL machine and not a cheap price The new device came faulty and I still haven t received an email back for a refund I was told to send video recording of the device opened and connected to the power outlet at home to show them that it was not working and still no response Do not purchase from here

Don t buy anything from these scammers go to Ali Express and you would find the same cheap quality items cheaper They give 30 days money back guarantee but bullshit They do everything for you to give up on the return process I have been trying to get refund and send the faulty item back and it has been more than a month Also please go to Consumer Authorities and lodge a complaint It is a fake drop shipping company They also delete bad reviews on their social media accounts they sre not transparent Use Google Lens to find the same item on Ali Express and Temu or Shein Buy cheaper and stay away from these scammers All they do sending you non-sense emails and taking their time for the refund process and expecting you to give up I will post this everywhere and make sure people don t buy from you Scammers

Do not buy from this company I ordered a gift in mid-October and paid for express shipping In mid-November I was refunded the express shipping fee because the product had still not arrived In early December I asked them to cancel the order and provide a full refund It is now mid-December and this company continues to send vague emails claiming that they will escalate the matter to some department or another while I continually demand a refund At this stage it looks like it s going to be a charge back via the bank which is another headache The best part is that according to the delivery page the product is sitting in a warehouse just down the road from me - a warehouse that doesn t exist This company is a scam they re full of it and buying from them is an exercise in futility
