Mr Richard Hughes who deals with the aftercare at Glowgreen was phenomenal today I had a problem with my Solar panels and reported it within 10 minutes I received a call back from Richard He was very thorough and went beyond his call of duty Excellent service Thank you Richard for all your care and support

First class company

I made enquires with a number of companies before speaking to Zack at Glowgreensolar He was very patient with me and not at all pushy When I signed up with them he was really helpful and explained things simply to me Installation went very well and I am well pleased with it When I had technical queries James was brilliant he explained everything in layman s terms to me so I understood my only regret is that I didn t get solar panels a lot earlier i honestly can t praise the company or their staff high enough Exellent Company on every level

Richard Hughes rang this morning regarding ticket GG-TK-149532 He could not have been more patient polite or helpful He not only solved my problem very quickly and efficiently but told me about and talked me through something I had not known whether or not was possible but is very advantageous I could not have asked for more Wonderful

Wow The service levels of this Company are amazing and I m so pleased that we chose Green Glow for our Solar Installation My hot water system stopped working off the solar package and I tried to resolve myself One email into James s Green Glow and Richard Hughes was ringing me 15minutes later to work through the fault He advised he would call the Manufacture and then called me back 15 minutes later with a 3 way call to let the manufacture talk me through the set up required to get me back working Richard stayed on the call till the end and made sure all the technical set points required was available from their end kudos Richard - Awesome job keep up the good work your a great asset to this company

From start to finish working with Glowgreen were an absolute pleasure The initial sales person was genuinely non salesy and fun to engage with If there was a national prize awards for best solar panel installers UK I would nominate them over and over again The whole experience has been a delight

Good overall experience

The whole experience of buying solar battery was very smooth Not over sold and got the system I wanted Price was very reasonable for a Duracell system Communications were excellent through out and every thing delivered and installed on time Installation team of Liam and Sam were excellent and installation was neat and as I wanted Tech support is very attentive and helpful All good so far

New PV System

From the start I was offered 3 different quotes and plenty of advice to choose the best quote for me the quotes also included a break down such as installation costs and scaffolding costs Other companies only offered me 1 quote and no breakdown of the quote with one company double the price for the almost same equipment The dates for the scaffolding erection and delivery of the equipment were made easy as I was able to choose delivery on same day as scaffolding so only needed to book 1 days leave The day of install had a hiccup with a van breakdown so was swiftly rearranged for next day The electrician arrived and got straight into the work the roofer arriving a bit later and installed all 8 panels easily and professionally The electrician installed all the rest of the equipment and got the system up and running There was a glitch with the app and the tech support as well as the lead electrician Richard and James have been great liaising with the manufacturer Duracell to resolve the issue ensuring that my system is fully up and running I would recommend this company every day
