Cowboy Roofers
This company are not even worth 1 star They completed a re roof on our 3 bed semi detached house and have completely botched it up To save themselves expense they cut corners and have failed to use skill and diligence when undertaking the work They have had to come back numerous times to fix leaks which we never had before we got the roof done and unsightly work They failed to put new valleys in and have since been back to put new ones in however failed to put new tiles on resulting in there being large gaps between the valley which they have used cement to fill There are cracked tiles on the roof and they have used grout to stick them back together 2 years later they don t want to acknowledge their wrongdoings and shoddy workmanship despite the roof apparently having a warranty of 25 years Do not trust this company to complete a re roof on your property I am now taking another course of action to try and get this resolved through citizens advice A particular member of their staff is also extremely patronising and rude as well Save yourself the bother and don t go with these

Do Not use this company
Do Not use this company COWBOY builders shocking work They completed a re roof on our property and have botched it up They can t cut tiles in a straight line do not know how to complete a ridge hip joint on a roof and have caused us nothing but problems Aaron who worked with Gwyn has been very rude to us and not what you expect from a company being insulting and aggressive Do not trust these roofers How they can even call themselves roofers I do not know

My builder subcontracted the roofing work in Kenilworth to these cowboys Absolute rubbish Flashing is some sticky crap instead of lead Its come away from the wall and I ve got leaks everywhere Tiles broken Tiles that have come off They left rubbish in the guttering causing water to build up and ruin the plaster in my neighbour s conservatory The Facias haven t had the join put together properly Utter cowboys Avoid at all costs

Unfair complaints
Referring to the 3 1star reviews 2 of the reviews are from the same household evie and joanna The employee who they has the issue with no longer works for my company The other review from Kenilworth Birmingham Was not us as I have looked in to it and the is a Coventry based company with the same name clearly misidentified I have notified Trust pilot regarding this matter I aim for 100 customer satisfaction at all times with all our work as reflected in all our other reviews

Professional and friendly guys
Great team of lads came and done a great job for a good price Polite team of lads Had a gutter leak a week after they finished my roof rang them and they was very apologetic and came out the next day to fix it
