Poor customer service
Even though I ve never heard of this delivery company but this is LITERALLY the first time EVER having something delivered from this horrible company cause I ve been seeing a LOT of negative reviews So I had ordered something from Dolls Kill and the delivery date had said that it was supposed to be delivered on the 26th It is OCTOBER I haven t seen an update since the 18th and they have NOT moved my package since then cause they basically just left it in California which made me so angry I even tried to get back to them they said that they was gonna give me an update which NEVER happened this was like maybe 4 days ago I kept checking my emails but of course nothing smdh Talk about disappointing

Gls needs to step up with their
Poor customer service Package was supposed to arrive on 10-24 Did not arrive Said they attempted delivery on 10-25 but no one ever came by Then for the next week they kept saying it will be tomorrow It is now 11-1 and now they say 11-4 Doubt it Do not do business with these people or any vendor that uses them Vapezilla on this instance

This is hands down the worst shipping
Gls needs to step up with their business Customer service man they assist you via chat and if they don t wanna help you any further it ll say inactive even though you are still typing And my package says wrong address why It s literally the right address Stop putting wrong information if you can t keep up with your deliveries Fyi my package suppose to be delivered on 11 02

They are the worst I know
This is hands down the worst shipping company I ve ever used They are not capable of delivering a package literally the only job they have I was promised an email by the end of the day explaining where my package is and when it will be here it was out for delivery three days ago no email

Tracking Useless No Delivery Date
They are the worst I know delivery was scheduled without communication hours and day After delivery arrived and I was absent I got a second notification that I was absent again in one hour This notification had another address not mine After that they left my parcel in the shop 1h walk from my home And now it s closed until 15 00 so I m waiting one more hour and pay for the Uber Thanks for such a great experience

Delivered to the wrong address and I lost the package
Initially great updates on shipping and pick up in transit Then it arrives at the nearby depot all updates cease and zero delivery date I know for certain it will need a signature as it was new winter tires for my car I try calling several times wait is 1 or 3 mins both times I waited over 20 minutes and 27 mins I call back right away after being hung up on during the 27 minutes wait and it says over 20 minute wait time now I cant get through to anyone and the tracking number is legitimately useless now On top of that the local depot says delivery delayed due to poor weather Its been beautiful the last week blue bird days and zero snowfall I unfortunately didnt have a choice with this GLS as the tire company I ordered the tires from shipped them using GLS So far worst delivery experience to date with no resolution in sight

What a stressful experience
I ve been waiting for my package for two weeks and after when I call shipper they told me the package was delivered They sent me the picture of the front door and it was completely different when I call GLS company They told me they gonna investigate but it s gonna take 35 days so I have to wait for my package almost 2 months because it s the procedure is insane when I told him just check the address where they delivered it but they don t care open the claim and weigh the procedure so this company suck never gonna use it again ever

SLOWEST freight delivery in Canada
What a stressful experience I made a large online order monitored the tracking and when the tracking said that they could not deliver as my address could not be found I then contacted customer service 3 times and supplied extra details - we get deliveries from other companies every day with no issues at all but this company can t find an address I called customer services - to a premium rate number and they were so rude and unhelpful Can t believe a company can be so bad This has happened before with GLS who are the ONLY company that can t find our address
