Brilliant customer service I ve had my bracelet for about a year as I got it last Christmas sadly the bracelet broke recently these things happen so I emailed them to see what I could do as I wasn t sure about warranty etc The bracelet itself was one of those offers where you get a free bracelet with charms etc so there s no warranty fair enough however the customer service rep Kristen was extremely helpful and where I feel most companies would fob you off due to lack of warranty if it was under warranty it would have been over warranty I believe the offer was 10 to replace it with the same one or pay just 30 for any other bracelet so I decided to do the 30 and I have a new bracelet on its way The replies were super quick which isn t what I expected as they aren t UK based and also the time of year So I m really happy and impressed I found the quality to be really good and one of my charms is a personalised one with a picture of two of my cats who passed away and I adore it Thank you again for sorting my issue I m very appreciative of it Once again brilliant customer service very helpful and friendly and brilliant communication
